Sonoma Mountain Townhomes Association - $3.5 million. Eugene Haydu represented the homeowners association as the Plaintiff against the developer and general contractor.  This case involved a 142 unit townhome complex in Rohnert Park, California. The allegations included claims that the buildings were designed and constructed in a defective manner.

D Square Investments - $2.1 million.  Eugene Haydu represented a partnership in a lawsuit against the builder and developer for construction defects in a 40 unit apartment complex in Sacramento California.

McIntosh Homeowners - $2.8 million. Eugene Haydu settled this lawsuit against the builder and developer of 31 homes located in Folsom, California for design and construction defects.

Cascades Homeowners Association - $953,779. In this suit, Mr. Haydu represented a homeowners association in Folsom, California against the developer for design and construction defects. The case settled short of trial.

Cases to trial

In a Sonoma County case the jury awarded $515,000 to the homeowners in a real estate fraud and rescission case. Mr. Haydu represented the owners in this action against the builder and real estate agents for fraud in the sale of the home.

In a Yolo County case the jury awarded the homeowner $245,000 in a construction defect case against the dealer and installer of the homeowner's manufactured home.
